Veneers

The extremely thin and nearly transparent ceramic veneers are used to cover any disturbing discolouration or minor irregularities in the position and shape of the anterior teeth. Veneers are individually produced by the dental technician and thus fit perfectly into the respective row of teeth. A special adhesive is used to apply them on the teeth. To create enough space for the veneer, the affected tooth is slightly whetted beforehand the treatment. In certain cases the veneer can also be applied directly onto the tooth – without whetting. In certain cases it is also possible to apply the veneer directly onto the tooth (such is the case with the renowned Lumineers®-System).
