Irregular teeth are not only aesthetically unpleasant, but also disturb while one eats, speaks or brushes the teeth. On the long-term, irregular teeth can cause severe damages, as teeth will be irregularly abraded, when the teeth do not bite uniformly. This may result in fracture or loss of teeth. Furthermore, jaw problems can occur.

In case of an early orthodontic treatment, irregular teeth can be regulated efficiently and thus future expensive treatments can be prevented. Especially for children, a fixed or removable dental brace often is enough for a permanent remedy of irregular misalignment.

The age of 8 or 9 is considered the ideal moment for the first visit at the orthodontist. In individual cases, an earlier treatment can be recommended. Here, we cooperate with several orthodontists of the region.
