Conservative dentistry
Conservative dentistry involves dealing
with caries
and other defects of the tooth structure (such as
exposed,
badly worn and sensitive necks of the
teeth, etc.) while preserving as
much of the patient’s
own tooth structure as possible (i.e. “minimally
invasive” treatment). For this purpose we use only
acrylic-based
tooth-coloured filling materials
(known as “composites”).
